On Friday afternoon, Brent and I got on the bullet train for two hours to a town just north of Tokyo called Sendai:

The reason for the trip? Sendai is about half way between Tokyo and Misawa Air Force Base, which means a weekend of fun with Albert:

Our first trip out, we scouted the look music/movie store where I spotted Japanese Supernatural:

I haven't seen Japanese Twilight yet, but I'll be sure to get a picture of that if I do. For lunch, we wanted to find some local food:

But we failed. The best thing to follow McDonalds is definitely a yogurt Pepsi:

It's like Vanilla Coke, but more Japanesey. Later that evening, we were joined by a couple of girls for food and drinks:

The night went on much longer, but the battery in my camera was being a jerk, so that's all for now!
